Mitsibushi Electric Europe B.V. selects Star TSP100 ECO For The Complete Self- Service Printing Solution
Mitsubishi Electric Europe, B.V. has developed Kiosk Gifts, a digital photo kiosk designed for retail shops that want to offer a complete self- service printing solution. Kiosk Gifts is available in both desktop and pedestal formats, providing interactive, user friendly photo editing software.
Kiosk Gifts accepts images via a range of digital formats including, CD, USB, Bluetooth from mobile devices and via social media sites. It’s easy-to-use photo editing tools allow users to personalise photos in a number of ways including: red-eye removal, colour correction, cropping and zoom.
For edited and pre-loaded pictures, Kiosk Gifts also offers a wide variety of digital photo services including: prints, digital photo albums, calendars, greeting cards, collages and mosaics, plus many more.
For the printing of receipts, the Gift Kiosk incorporates the TSP100 ECO printer from international printer manufacturer Star Micronics. Offering an ECO solution based on all aspects of manufacture and use including power management, paper consumption and packaging, the TSP100 ECO is fully Energy Star Compliant.
With a range of paper-saving features that allow paper consumption to be reduced by up to 70%, the TSP100 ECO effectively responds to minimising environmental damage while at the same time reducing costs.
As the latest addition to the established and successful TSP100 futurePRNT™ series, the TSP100 ECO provides users with a range of marketing tools that work alongside existing software and which are provided at no extra cost. These allow the overall appearance of receipts to be easily modified and relevant coupons to be added.
